1. Who we are
Bullseye Revision. Email: bullseyerevision@gmail.com.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure — you're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Accounts are for one person. Please don't share yours.
- If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use Bullseye, and only an adult can buy a subscription.
3. Plans and payment
- Free costs nothing and has no time limit.
- Pro costs £5 a month or £45 a year, in pounds sterling. It's paid in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, and renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
- We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry it for a short time; if it still fails, your account goes back to Free.
4. Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel any time from Plan & billing in your account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for and won't be charged again.
- 14-day money-back guarantee: if you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we'll refund it in full — even if you've used Pro. Email bullseyerevision@gmail.com.
- This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. Renewal payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires it.
5. When a parent pays
A student can send a parent a private pay link. The parent who pays is our customer for billing; the subscription unlocks Pro on the student's account. Either can ask us to cancel, and the student can manage or cancel it from their account.
6. Exam content
Past papers and mark schemes remain the copyright of their exam boards (such as AQA, OCR and Pearson Edexcel). They're presented on Bullseye for your personal, non-commercial revision only — please don't copy or redistribute them. Bullseye is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam board. We work hard to present every question and mark scheme accurately, but if something looks wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.
7. Using Bullseye fairly
Please don't:
- scrape, download in bulk, resell or republish content from Bullseye;
- try to get round the Pro paywall, security or usage limits, or reverse-engineer the service;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you don't have the right to use.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Your content
The flashcards, notes and mind maps you create are yours. You let us store and process them only so we can run Bullseye for you. See our privacy policy for how we handle your data.
9. Our service
We're always improving Bullseye, so features may change. We aim to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Bullseye is a revision tool: how you do in your exams depends on many things, so we can't guarantee particular results.
10. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, and our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose.
11. Ending
You can stop using Bullseye at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing bullseyerevision@gmail.com. If we ever close the service, we'll give you notice and refund any unused part of a paid subscription.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
